EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

At Kirin Whip, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every whip we forge. If you need to exchange or return your whip, we've made the process straightforward and transparent.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date for items that meet our strict return conditions: • Unused and in brand-new, unblemished condition. • In original packaging with all complementary accessories (crackers, bags) included. • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

🛑 STRICT RETURN CONDITION: The Ground-Impact Rule Because whips are high-impact striking tools, returns are subject to strict evaluation. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the steel links and whip head must be completely free of friction damage. Striking the whip on hard surfaces (such as concrete, asphalt, gravel, or hard dirt) instantly causes scuffing, scratches, and permanent dirt. Whips showing ANY signs of ground impact, scratching, scuffing, or dirt are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

💡 How to Properly Test Your Whip Upon Arrival We fully understand that you need to feel the weight, balance, and momentum of your new gear. To keep your whip eligible for a return: • Please test the flow and mechanics by swinging it in the air. • If you wish to test the crack, please do so gently on a soft, clean surface like grass to protect the metal from abrasions.

Non-Returnable Items • Whips that have been used, struck on hard ground, or show signs of wear. • Custom-lengthened or modified whips. • Used or frayed Dyneema® / Ribbon crackers.

Refund Process • Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. • Original shipping costs (the $29 flat rate or calculated heavy shipping) are non-refundable. • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We highly recommend attaching clear photos of the unblemished whip.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and our shipping address.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the whip in its original packaging.

  4. Ship It Back: Send it to the provided address (we strongly recommend keeping your tracking number).

Damaged or Defective Items If your whip arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will immediately arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please contact us before returning any international orders to ensure the correct customs declaration process.
