SHIPPING POLICY
At Kirin Whip, we proudly ship our hand-forged Kung Fu Whips to martial artists and enthusiasts in every corner of the globe. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processing times, rates, and international shipping procedures.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME Every Kirin Whip is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. • Standard order processing time is 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is placed. • Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY We use reliable, tracked international couriers to ensure your gear arrives safely. Delivery times generally range from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
• Standard Flat Rate ($29 USD): We offer a simple $29 USD flat-rate shipping fee worldwide. Whether you buy one standard whip, multiple standard whips, or add extra accessories (crackers, bags) to your cart, your shipping fee remains just $29.
• Heavyweight & Long Handle Whips: Due to their extreme weight and oversized dimensions, our super-heavy manganese power whips and long-handle series are excluded from the standard flat rate. The exact shipping costs for these specific heavy models will be dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and real-time courier rates.
3. EUROPEAN UNION (EU) CUSTOMERS & IOSS To provide the best experience for our European customers, we utilize the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system. This ensures fast and smooth customs clearance for EU orders, minimizing delays at the border.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES While we strive to make international shipping as seamless as possible, Kirin Whip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations regarding the import of martial arts equipment.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24-72 hours. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Kirin Whip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier marks the delivery as "Delivered". If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
