You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those around you. Kirin Whip, its founders, craftsmen, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or alteration of our products. You agree to use these products strictly for legitimate martial arts practice in safe, open environments and in compliance with all your local laws and regulations. Modifying, lengthening, or shortening the whip voids any warranty and is done entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
